Do not be fooled This is a "one man sitting in his apt" operation. Reviews of 4-5 stars are most likely posted by this very same guy. Save your money

Very fast service. I dropped off my laptop and it was fix the next day. I highly recommend using them.

My HP was making with the blue screen, and we decided to get it repaired instead of buying a new one. They saved my pictures and the music and my documents, and even hepled downgrade my awful Vista back to XP. It did take almost a day, but considering this was done on Friday/Saturday, we were very happy. The computer really does work faster with XP. I would highly recommend this service to my friends. THey even pickud up and delivered my laprop by messenger.

Pros: knowitalls - well, I guess that's what you want in a computer guy

Cons: not that I know of

My daughter needed her Macbook connected to a wireless network and the whole thing set up. We were at it for 3 days, and the tech they sent got it resolved in under 1/2 hour. I could not keep up with what was done, but it was all in place very quickly, and the rest of the hour the technician spent training myself and my daughter on printing and memory and such. He even hepled with the iTunes and the iPod. Thanks again, I have your brochure by the computer just in case.

Pros: fast, knowlegdgeable

Cons: was 10 minutes late, but called first

My laptop was down and needed it back fast. I didnt know who to go to. I checked Citysearch and found this spot. It says 1 hour service, but David quickly told me it would be either all day or up to 3 days if it needed a part (given the date I brought it in, that would have been Friday). Fine. He seemed to know what he was talking about when I described the problem and he was upfront about the timeline so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. The cost was 250 flat w/courier pickup. The courier arrived promptly and after I handed it to him I realized I wasnt getting a receipt and was handing my laptop off to a stranger. I asked where he was taking it and he said W 79th St. I checked back on Citysearchand the address saiud E 46th St. I called and asked what was going on. David said 46th was dispatch (presumably where he was) and 79th was the service center. To make a long story only a little bit long.... -The next day he told me I would probably have to wait 3 extra days; though it is worth noting that he was clearly knowledgeable about the problem with the laptop -I said that wasnt acceptable & asked for the computer back -He said ok and told me I could pick it up, that he would charge me the full 250 despite taking nearly 2x the time he quoted and now he wanted it in cash. At this point, I just wanted my computer back & was desperate -I went to pick it up at 79th St and it turned out to be his apartment where I interrupted an Xbox game he was playing. He gladly took my cash and handed me my precious laptop back. -He finally admitted that the delay was for the part b/c he chose to use UPS Ground instead of Next Day which would have cost him $25 more. I said...why didnt you call me? At that point he asked mt to leave. Avoid this fly-by-night operation. PS Im concerned that since my review citysearch has been flooded with new 5* reviews. It seems obvious that the owners are trying to bury my review. Buyer beware.

Cons: Not As Advertised, Doesnt Deliver On Time, Fly-by-Night Operation

These guys are great! I could no longer see anything on my laptop screen and everyone told me I needed a new LCD. The techinician came and swapped out a part (and inverter?) which cost me less than 100 dollars. Their rates are great, they came right to my apartment and did all the work in my home and their honesty saved me from buying a new 15.4 inch LCD. Thanks guys.

Thank you Ricky and Thank you 1 Hour Support! I thought that I lost everything and needed to buy a new computer but Ricky came and had me as good as new. He made my computer like new and recovered all of my documents and pictures and showed me how to monitor for viruses in the future. Thank you for fast response and educating me as well. You guys are great and I am grateful that I still have all of my vacation pictures in the end. Thanks, Larry M.

I Have had some bad experiences with overpaid computer "doctors". Their engineer was honest and even talked me out of buying more service than I needed. He behaved as if he worked here for years and left his cell phone number with us for future calls. Mail is flowing again and everyone is happy. Thanks for the honesty, you have a permanent customer in midtown.

These guys came to my house and helped me with a number of computer problems. For a barely computer literate person, this was a joy, as they knew everything I needed to know, and even did a little training. Definetly recommend for anyone needing computer support.

A gentlemen came in to our office to repair our Epson bubble printer, and completed all repairs within an hour. We are extremely grateful.
